Brian Bender-Tymon, Owner
Brian is a native of South Salem, NY, and studied botany and horticulture at SUNY Cobleskill. Since his first floral design position at a shop in New Canaan, CT, his design career has taken him to Boston, San Francisco, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles and the Napa Valley – and finally, back home to New York.

Brian and his husband Philip have called Kingston home since 2003.

In his over 30 years as a floral designer, Brian’s client list has included the Saudi royal family, Martha Stewart, presidents and first ladies, movie and television stars, senators, interior designers and decorators, fashion designers, and visiting royal dignitaries. His work has been featured at Four Seasons hotels, The Beverly Hills and Beverly Wilshire hotels, the Palace of Fine Arts and Legion of Honor in San Francisco, and at premiere fashion events – as well as in leading design magazines and television commercials.
Brian also served as a commissioner on the Kingston Heritage District Committee, and a board member with both the Uptown Kingston Farmers Market and the Kingston Uptown Business Association
